1Who handles your information
Transup Tech LLC operates Otopam. For Otopam's own website, accounts, and billing, Otopam determines the relevant processing. For dealership customer records, Otopam processes information for that dealership. The dealership identifies its own collection practices and answers requests about its buyer records; contact the dealership using its published contact details.

We collect only information needed for the stated purposes. Optional website analytics and advertising collection is controlled separately. Retention depends on the purpose, legal and security needs, and dealership instructions; see our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for the applicable criteria and tracking-specific periods.
3Sale and sharing
We do not exchange personal information for money or use dealership buyer records for Otopam's own marketing. If you enable advertising on a configured website, online identifiers and activity are disclosed to Meta and Google for advertising; this may be sharing or sale under California's broad definitions. You can opt out without creating an account or submitting identity documents. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of children under 16.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. Global Privacy Control takes precedence over an advertising permission on this browser. An opt-out does not stop essential security processing or communications you request.
4Your privacy rights
- Where applicable, request access to the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected about you, its sources, purposes, and categories of recipients.
- Request deletion of personal information, subject to exceptions, or correction of inaccurate information.
- Opt out of sale or sharing and use an opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control.
- Limit uses of sensitive personal information where that right applies. Our website measurement does not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.
- Exercise applicable rights without unlawful discrimination. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf, subject to appropriate authorization and verification.
5Submitting a request
For Otopam requests, use our privacy contact form or email hello@otopam.com with the subject Privacy request. Describe your request and the account or website involved. We may verify access, deletion, or correction requests using information appropriate to the request; do not email passwords, payment card numbers, or identity documents. Verification is not required for the browser sale/share opt-out. If the request concerns a dealership's records, contact that dealership; we can help identify the appropriate recipient.
Clearing storage or using another browser can prevent us from recognizing a browser choice. Use the privacy controls on each device and website, or enable Global Privacy Control. Withdrawing permission stops future optional measurement after the choice takes effect; it does not automatically delete information already held by a provider.
