Privacy Policy

Understand how information is handled.

Effective date:

Otopam is a service managed by Transup Tech LLC.

1Information collected

Otopam is a service managed by Transup Tech LLC. It is a dealership platform for inventory, customers, appointments, and dealer websites. What we handle depends on how you use it.

You, or a dealership you work with, may provide:

  • Account details such as your name, email address, and the password you choose.
  • Dealership details such as the business name, locations, staff, and roles.
  • Messages sent through the contact form or a demo request, including an optional phone number and whether you asked to receive product updates.

Dealership staff may enter workspace content, including vehicles, leads, contacts, appointments, conversations, files, and website content. People who use a dealership’s Otopam website may send an inquiry, request a test drive, or create a customer account for that dealership.

When a dealership connects another service, Otopam receives the information that service shares so the connection can work. When a dealership pays through Otopam, card details are collected by Stripe. Otopam does not store full card numbers.

2How information is used

Otopam uses information to:

  • Provide the workspace, dealer websites, and the features a dealership turns on.
  • Respond to contact and demo requests.
  • Send product updates only when you opt in.
  • Operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
  • Bill for a paid plan.

Otopam does not sell personal information.

3Connected services

A dealership can connect services such as Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and WhatsApp. Those connections are optional. What Otopam receives depends on what the dealership enables and on that service’s own settings.

Ad spend and messaging charges from those platforms are separate from an Otopam plan. Each connected service applies its own terms and privacy policy.

4Cookies and preferences

This marketing website does not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.

The signed-in product uses a session cookie so you stay signed in. That cookie is used for authentication. If your browser blocks it, you will need to sign in again for each visit, and signed-in pages will not stay open.

Product-update messages are optional. The checkbox on the contact and demo forms stays unchecked until you select it. You can ask us to stop those messages from the contact page.

5Storage and retention

Otopam keeps information while it is needed to provide the service, including while a dealership workspace is active. After access ends, information is kept for operations such as security, backups, and a request you have already made.

There is no single retention period. It depends on the kind of information and how it is used. A dealership decides what customer and inventory information to keep in its workspace while it uses Otopam.

6Your requests and choices

You can update the account details your role is allowed to change in the product. For information you sent through this website, including a privacy request, use the contact page and choose Privacy.

Questions about a specific dealership’s customers, leads, or website visitors should go to that dealership. Otopam processes that information for the dealership.

7Security practices

Otopam uses account sign-in and permission checks so each person opens only the workspaces and actions their dealership allows. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

If you believe someone else is using your account, contact us and sign out of sessions you do not recognize where the product lets you do so.

8Contact and updates

Privacy requests about Otopam go to Transup Tech LLC, which manages the service. Questions about this policy can be sent from the contact page. The Terms of Service explain the rules for using Otopam.

We may update this policy. When we do, the effective date at the top of this page changes.
