Otopam is a service managed by Transup Tech LLC.
1About these terms
Otopam is a service managed by Transup Tech LLC. These terms are the agreement between you and Transup Tech LLC for this website, the dealership workspace, and dealer websites Otopam hosts. Creating an account, inviting your team, or using the service means you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
If you use Otopam for a dealership, you confirm that you may agree for that business. Staff use the service under the dealership’s account.
2Accounts and access
Access is through an account on a dealership workspace. Keep your password confidential, and tell us if you believe someone else is using your account. The dealership is responsible for activity under the accounts it controls, including invitations it sends.
Otopam may suspend access when that is needed to protect the service, other customers, or the people whose information a workspace holds.
3Subscription and billing
Paid plans are monthly and billed in USD, as described on the pricing page. The plan you choose sets which features are included. Taxes may apply. Ad spend and messaging charges from other platforms are separate.
When payment is collected in the product, Stripe processes it for Transup Tech LLC, the company that manages Otopam. Choosing a paid plan authorizes those charges. The card form states the same.
A billing question, including a refund request, can be sent from the contact page. Otopam will answer about that account. These terms do not promise a refund.
4Acceptable use
You may use Otopam to run dealership work: inventory, customers, appointments, conversations, and your website.
You may not:
- Use the service to break the law or to infringe someone else’s rights.
- Try to open another dealership’s workspace or another person’s account.
- Interfere with the service, probe it, or overload it.
- Send unlawful or deceptive messages through the service.
- Misrepresent a connection to Meta or another service.
Otopam may remove content or suspend access that breaks these rules.
5Your content and data
Your dealership keeps ownership of the content it submits, including vehicle information, customer information, and website content. You give Otopam permission to host, display, and process that content in order to provide the service, including showing it to the people your dealership chooses, such as visitors to your dealer website.
You are responsible for having the rights you need for that content, including information about your customers. The Privacy Policy describes how information is handled.
6Third-party integrations
Meta products and other connected services are optional. If you connect one, you also follow that service’s terms. Otopam does not control those services. A connection can stop working if the other service changes, or if that service’s eligibility rules change.
Features that depend on a connection are available while that connection works.
7Ending your subscription
You can ask to end a paid plan from the contact page. Access to paid features ends when the subscription ends. Copy the information you need before access ends, using the tools your role can open.
Otopam may stop providing the service to an account that breaks these terms, or that cannot be kept running safely.
8Contact and updates
Questions about these terms can be sent from the contact page. Privacy questions go to the Privacy Policy contact path.
We may update these terms. When we do, the effective date at the top of this page changes. Continuing to use Otopam after that date means the updated terms apply.
